Bardon Trees is growing! We're looking for some new crew members to join our tight-knit Tree Company based in Bardon, Brisbane. We are all about doing quality tree work, having each other's back, and being a positive place to work.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Climbing Arborist and a Groundsperson who enjoys providing high-quality tree care services in a positive team environment. This year alongside our residential work, we've worked at Government House, Broncos leagues club, culturally significant sites, private and public schools (and let's not forget working on the set of King Kong).
Some of the Preferred Skills you may have which are highly regarded as an Arborist:
- Certificate III Arboriculture (or your country/states variant) -
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- EWP Ticket (although we mainly climb).
- Manual drivers’ licence (unrestricted and valid).
- Medium Rigid Licence (preferred but not essential as we have a dedicated truck driver).
- Chainsaw Ticket.
- Chipper Ticket.
Some of the Preferred Skills you may have which are highly regarded as an Groundsperson:
- Relevant experience working outdoors ideally in horticulture.
- Manual drivers’ licence (unrestricted and valid).
- Medium Rigid Licence (or would be willing to learn).
- Relevant training.
