The Role

Based at our Mandurah Clinic, as our Clinic Coordinator, you will be the face of Kern! You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service for our clients and external stakeholders. Coupled with providing integral & timely support to our therapy team and maintaining our clinic presentation.

Please note this is a fixed term maternity leave role

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Show off your exceptional flair for customer service by being the first point of contact for incoming communications including phone calls, emails and website enquiries
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager for new clinic setups including the ordering of hardware, furniture, stock etc
  • Manage and coordinate projects from time to time
  • Triage and support the team with IT hardware and software issues, escalating to our external IT provider as needed
  • Manage and oversee the therapy & consumables resources within our clinics
  • Ensure high levels of clinic presentation & cleanliness
  • Maintaining client & external records in our CRM system
  • Ordering & set up of equipment for all new team members
  • Therapists support including scheduling and support
  • Support the leadership team
  • Opportunity to take on additional duties such as marketing, social media, website maintainence
  • Opportunity to provide support to the People & Culture Manager for recruitment and retention activities

What you will need to bring:

  • A can-do attitude - a willingness to go above and beyond and take on new tasks/responsibilties within your scope & skill
  • Experince in IT trouble shooting & general knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and a desire to help & support those around you
  • Enthusiasm & positivity – contribute to the positive vibe of the clinic
  • Confidence in managing external and internal phone enquiries
  • Have a real eye for detail
