Clinic Manager

Your Role:

As the Clinic Manager, you will:

• Work closely with the Director to run all daily operations in the clinic.
• Foster a positive & collaborative work environment to maintain our culture.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement and growth of the clinic and team. 
• Ensure our high standards of client care and service excellence are upheld.
• Contribute to the overall vision and direction of the clinic, alongside our director.
• Continually assess the performance of each service category within the clinic (laser, skin, inject, and beauty) and create action plans to address any areas of underperformance.
• Manage and coach your team members to achieve and exceed their agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labor productivity.
• Work collaboratively with the director to create and implement systems and processes

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Possesses strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Has experience in a similar management role as well as performing Laser and Skin services.
• Proven success and capability to motivate & lead staff to achieve KPI targets.
• Proficient in using salon management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about supporting, mentoring, and motivating your team.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain clinic compliance, reporting, and presentation.
• Ensures client care and safe delivery of treatments
• Can strictly adhere to and work within the clinic policies and procedure frameworks
