Sanctum Medical Aesthetics is beautiful cosmetic medical practice, combining state of the art technology with over 20 years of experience. Our highly trained team of doctors, nurses and dermal therapists focus on evidence-based, results-driven treatments including cosmetic enhancements, bio-rejuvenation, facials, skin health consultations and skincare. Our exceptional clinical reputation is underpinned by excellence and our commitment to offering the highest level of care. Every member of our team is trained in cutting edge technology, and progress in the field of cosmetic aesthetics to achieve the best results to enhance personal confidence and wellbeing in all of our patients.
We have two state of the art clinics in Tasmania, and are opening our first clinic in Noosa, Queensland and need a dynamic, customer service oriented manager and receptionist.
The Role
The position is multifaceted. It requires exceptional daily management to ensure the clinic operates flawlessly. This involves coordinating and working collaboratively with the team, and supporting our patients with their appointments and requirements. With extensive training provided across all areas of the business, the Clinic Manager will have expert knowledge of our services, treatments, retail space, marketing, medical stock requirements, financial management, alongside working closely with the clinical director and the business manager on strategies in line with the companies vision and growth aspirations.
About You
As the face of Sanctum Noosa, you will help deliver an experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. From experiencing the patient entrance, our signature scent, the walls of artwork and the interior touches, we want to make their visit to Sanctum a special one. Our patients will recognise your professionalism, your genuine commitment to their needs and trust your expert knowledge, leaving them feeling safe and supported. The team will respect your guidance, and trust that the clinic will continue to uphold it’s reputation because of your commitment and passion that you bring to our company.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to work harmoniously, collaboratively and productively with shareholders, administrators and clinicians as one team.
- Vast experience in managing a service-orientated environment
- A genuine passion for quality customer service
- Ability on how to grow team culture and a positive work environment
- Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to take initiative when required and make sharp decisions
- High level of discretion and understanding of patient safety and care
- Well-developed, proactive time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
