- Support surgeons during orthopaedic procedures, and be trained in cutting-edge robotic-assisted surgeries
- Manage your surgeons strategically, tracking your progress in coordination with your Team Leaders and other senior members of the business
- Develop and nurture relationships with surgeons, operating theatre teams, and hospital staff
- Inventory management and coordination with internal and hospital support teams
- Demonstrated track record of success in all that you do
- Exhibit technical acumen to understand and convey complex information to a range of customers
