About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join a large residential home in Bundaberg. The successful candidate will work closely with the RSM and Care Manager to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in coordinating care
- Experience managing care in a large team setting
- Confident in handling conflicts and juggling priorities
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to mentor team members
- Availability for on-call duties is vital
