Described by the manager as the best structure and ran facility she has worked in, you will work with a fantastic team of staff to run the clinical operations in the home.
Ideally looking for a strong CCC/CM to join the team but due to the experience of the current DON, this facility are open to training a strong RN with the right attitude into the role.
About the role:
- Fully accredited until 2027
- Based in a picturesque rural town roughly 1 hour from Launceston
- Up to $115k + super + salary packaging
- Relocation assistance and initial accommodation can be provided for the right candidate
- Reporting to the Director of Nursing
- Lots of internal support: Director of Nursing, Hospitality Manager, Finance Manager + excellent floor staff
- Lovely community feel in the organisation and town
- Ideally looking for an experienced Care Manager but willing to look at a step up for someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn
- Experience working as a CCC/CM/NUM/CN within the aged care sector.
- AHPRA Registration as an RN DIV 1
- Extensive clinical skills & knowledge
- Ability to lead and support a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing day to day clinical issues
