Key Responsibilities:
- Manage admission & discharge processes of residents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families
- Ensure that clinical supplies are managed effectively
- Provide leadership and management to clinical, lifestyle, and allied health staff
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide direct care to residents as and when required
- Promote a high-perfect & innovative workplace culture
Key Requirements:
- Qualification in Nursing
- A current & unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Current & valid First Aid & CPR certifications
- Maintain a current Police Check
- Demonstrated managerial experience in aged care
