We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Care Manager in the NSW/QLD border region with a reputable provider.
Overview
- 80 beds
- Not For profit salary packaging = your take home pay is higher with NFP organisations
- Supported by an experienced Clinical Nurse
- Reporting to the Residential Manager
- $150k + super + salary packaging benefits + relocation assistance
- Initial temp accommodation

Requirements
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience as a CN or CM in Aged Care required
- Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, risk management, and clinical governance.
- Commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting the dignity and independence of older adults.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
