We have an exceptional opportunity available for a passionate Clinical Manager to join our brand new state-of-the-art facility in Perth.

• Monday - Friday Full-time permanent position
• Work closely with the Facility Manager who is extremely supportive, to provide excellent Clinical Care.
• Lead the implementation of new policies & procedures
• Build on the existing strong clinical team that are in place at the facility to provide a supportive environment

The Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Clinical Care Manager
• Experience of commissioning a home will be highly regarded but not essential
• Valid National Police Check
• Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
• Highly effective communication, leadership and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Accreditation Standards
