Clinical Care Manager - Port Macquarie

Job Description Lead Group Healthcare are looking for an experienced Clinical Leader to relocate to the stunning Port Macquarie area and work in a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility. This is a change to work where other people holiday.
Situated in an easily commutable location, this is a highly supported environment that includes a strong facility manager, AN-ACC support, in house Quality Manager and Educator, Rostering and Admin team, plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.
The successful candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!
What’s the role offering?

• Outstanding salary package of up to $150K.

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• 1+ Years of residential aged care nursing management experience.
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
• Strong clinical skills
• AHPRA Registration
