We're looking for G5 Registered Nurses In Charge with Aged Care experience to join our Harmony Village Aged Care Home in Shepparton VIC.
Shifts available are:
Week 1 and 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 1445-2215
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Sunday 2200-0715
Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Sunday 2200-0715
Week 2: Saturday, Sunday 0700-1500
The successful candidates will join our dedicated clinical team, and must embrace the Aged Care Quality Standards to deliver personalised care to maximise each residents’ health, well-being and choice.
What we are seeking:
- Previous experience in Aged Care
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Dedication to resident care and support, ensuring dignity and choice is central to all that you do
- Excellent time management skills
- Team players with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to embrace and champion the Aged Care Quality Standards
- A current Division 1 AHPRA Nursing Registration
