We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic Clinical Consultant to join our Foot & Ankleteam in NSW.
This role will be split between North Sydney and Newcastle, and will be a full time, permanent position.
Our talented Clinical Consultants play a vital role in the moments that matter most – the seconds, minutes and hours in which patients lives are changed forever by the skills and knowledge of care givers.
Our Clinical Consultants:
- Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers
- Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products
- Conduct in-service training and support our Territory Managers
- Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after surgical cases
- Consistently drive customer and patient satisfaction
- Apply product proficiency by ensuring customers comprehend technical specifications and on-label use of products
Requirements:
- Current qualifications within allied health - physios, nurses, osteos are all encouraged to apply
- Understanding of the Orthopedic theatre environment and experience with Orthopedic devices and procedures
- Demonstrated problem solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects
- Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role.
You will have:
- Experience in the clinical field
- Previous orthopaedic exposure or knowledge would be highly advantageous, but is not essential.
