As a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in supporting both aged care clients and clinical staff. From overseeing case management to ensuring compliance with clinical governance, rostering, and staff management, your role ensures effective leadership and coordination across all clinical care aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervise care teams
- Collaborate with residents, family/carer, and care team members to develop tailored care plans.
- Cultivate a service-oriented culture aimed at enriching residents’ quality of life.
- Maintain robust information systems to facilitate accurate documentation related to resident care.
About you:
- Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA (must have)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia (must have)
- Must have experience in clinical governance and accreditation
- Prior experience within Residential Aged Care as an RN
- Valid working rights in Australia
