Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate registered nurse for the role of Clinical Educator – Coordinator Graduate Programs to support and facilitate the transition to practice program for graduate staff in nursing and midwifery and work collaboratively with allied health and medicine to provide a target learning and development strategy.
The Graduate Program is a transition to workplace initiative as such the Graduate Program Coordinator will work in collaboration with the nursing unit managers, clinical team leaders, Clinical Educators and clinical support staff to facilitate graduate specific and related initiatives.
