Milestone Health and Performance is a mobile exercise physiology service that provides home visits for Home Care Package and NDIS clients. The service is aimed at increasing people's independence and ability to carry out daily activities, with the aim of enabling clients to remain living in their own home for as long as possible. The company is located in Chirnside Park, VIC.
 
Milestone Health and Performance use periodic ADL testing to help provide effective exercise programming to Older Adults working on improving balance, reducing falls risk, ability to use stairs and managing aches/pains/injuries. The role includes ongoing support with weekly development and the ability to ask for advice when needed.
 
Role Description
This is a clinical Exercise Physiologist role working with clients in the Eastern Suburbs, Supervision, training and development will be provided with the support needed to excel in this role. The role involves assessing clients' physical health, creating exercise programs, and conducting exercise sessions in their own homes.
 
Qualifications
Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology
Level 2 First Aid, CPR
PL and PI insurance
Own Car and Drivers Licence
Strong interpersonal skills
