The exciting opportunity:
- Based 10 minutes South of Perth’s CBD
- Support the ongoing review, development and implementation of the Clinical Governance framework
- Execute clinical audits, undertake root cause analysis to identify gaps in care delivery
- Design continuous improvement initiatives, assist with implementation and monitor the effectiveness
- Identify, assess and mitigate clinical risks by leading investigations and establishing strategies to prevent recurrence
- Support the development, implementation and review of clinical policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practice, industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams, managers and other stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and ensure the delivery of safe high-quality care

- Must have registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Experience as a Quality Advisor, Clinical Nurse Specialist or similar role, in disability, aged care or other health sector is essential
- Analytically minded, objective, solution oriented and results focused, with excellent problem solving skills
- A demonstrated ability proactively creating quality improvement initiatives that align operations with the governing standards
- Calm, compassionate and personable with an evident passion for delivering quality care in line with best practice
