Your new job
The Clinical Implementation Lead will lead the implementation of Orygen Digital’s MOST platform in Western Australia to augment the mental health support young people receive from these services. Building the support of services will be critical for the successful implementation of MOST and creation of positive impact for young people experiencing mental ill-health.
Reporting to the Head of National Implementation you will:
  • Utilise clinical and stakeholder engagement experience to help shape the research and communications plan involving partnering services and young people accessing MOST.
  • Have oversight of and manage the different roles within the implementation team, including implementation support for partnering services, training, and supporting young people to sign up to MOST.
  • Participate in and report back to the MOST Taskforce regarding implementation progress.
  • Work closely with the Head of National Implementation, National Project Manager and General Manager towards the achievement of key MOST implementation KPIs in Western Australia, adopting an empirical and data-driven approach to the implementation strategy.
What you’ll need
You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
  • Fully qualified Psychologist, Social Worker, accredited mental health Occupational Therapist or other mental health professional with eligibility for appropriate membership with accredited registering body.
  • Experience working in and/or the management of youth mental health services.
  • Extensive experience working in a clinical setting within the Australian mental health system.
  • Experience in the management of implementation projects or activities.
