Your new role
You will be overseeing the Clinical Programs to deliver outcomes focused, high quality and efficient programs and services. This position will support the strategic, operational, and cultural direction.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need strengths and experience in the following:
- Leadership and Strategy
- Service delivery and participant outcomes
- People and stakeholder management
- Quality, compliance and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Health, Allied Health, mental Health or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership position
- Ability to manage a statewide team, program or project
