THE POSITION:
Stream Healthcare are recruiting Registered Nurses for exciting leadership opportunities! This position would suit experienced Clinical Nurse Leaders who are passionate about caring for older adults and managing a team. You will be overseeing and working closely with either a clinical team or non-clinical team, focussed around the overall health and wellbeing of older adults
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Fully qualified Registered Nurse (AHPRA Recognition)
- Experience working in a similar senior role in a Aged Care and/or community setting
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance AND Working with Children Check
- Valid NDIS Check
- Subsidised housing provided and travel for certain regional roles
- ASAP start - three to six month contracts available with the view to extend
- Supportive work environment with access to ongoing training, supervision, and peer support.
