AddressThis is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks’ notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.
An Eligibility List (E-List) or talent pool may be created from this recruitment episode ton assist in filling future permanent, temporary, or casual full-time and part-time positions.
headspace is a vital front line mental health service which provides care and support to young people in our community aged 12-25 years old. We currently have a temporary maternity leave position for an experienced Health Clinician Level 4 to lead these services across Gosford, Lake Haven and Wyong.
As a multi-discipline role the follow grades, with suitable experience are encouraged to apply.

- Counsellor Level 4
About You
- You have extensive clinical experience in the provision of mental health, child and adolescent mental health and/or drug and alcohol services.
- You have an aptitude for mentoring and coaching multi-discipline teams and in fostering and displaying behaviours which reflect the CORE values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment
- You are a capable Clinical Leader who can develop strong partnerships between key stakeholders and service providers.
- You constantly strive to improve service delivery through considered service development planning and quality improvement to better support the community we serve.
Where you'll be working
This role is predominantly based at headspace Lake Haven, although there will be a requirement for attendance at CCLHD clinics.
