Mercy Community Aged Care Services is inviting applications for a Clinical Lead (Permanent Full-Time) position at our 203 bed Residential Aged Care Facility in Nudgee!

The Clinical Lead will provide clinical support to the care & service team, ensuring our Residents are receiving optimal care. With a focus on person centred care, this role will:
- Provide clinical support to the care and service team, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained for Residents.
- Coordinate and monitor the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards.
- Provide leadership and support to team members, assisting with orientation of new members, identifying learning needs and providing learning and development.
- Comply with Infection Control practices and ensure adherence by all care and service team members.
About you
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Expertise in Aged Care Clinical Leadership
- Experience in the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality systems
- Experience in evaluating workplace practices against the Aged Care Quality Standards, quality systems, and organisational policies and procedures
- Detailed working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standard
