Our JourneyTo support our Midwifery Education program, we have 1 opportunity to bring your experience and join the team as a Clinical Midwife Educator to cover maternity leave:

• Part Time working 4 days a week (0.8) primarily at Jessie McPherson Private Hospital
• This role may require you to support the education needs of other JMPH wards, working within a rotating roster, Monday to Friday.

A Day in the LifeThis key role is supporting the growth and development of our midwifery and nursing staff, provides education and training to advance their clinical competency to enhance the care they provide to maternity and Special Care nursery patients and families. You’ll be supported by our Jessie McPherson Education Team as well as network and liaise with the Nursing and Midwifery Education and Strategy (NaMES) team, working with and alongside other passionate clinical education colleagues.You understand the job satisfaction of being a successful midwife, having achieved a level of clinical expertise that enables you to truly place women at the centre of your care. You have well-developed engagement, communication and collaboration skills. You have recent experience in all areas of maternity and you are experienced in supporting learners and in particular, you can demonstrate
