About the Roles
The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Services (BIRS) is a South Australianstatewide specialist rehabilitation service for people who have sustained atraumatic or acquired brain injury. Working within an experiencedmultidisciplinary team situated at the Repat Health Precinct, the SeniorClinical Neuropsychologist / Clinical Neuropsychologist will completeassessments of cognition and decision-making capacity, provide consultation tomedical and allied health team members, and deliver feedback/education to patientsand families to assist with meeting their rehabilitation goals.
We have an ongoing AHP3 / AHP2 position (working up to three days perweek) within the inpatient Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit (BIRU) and atemporary, 12-month AHP3 / AHP2 position (working up to 2.5 days per week)within the outpatient Brain Injury Community and Home (BIRCH) program currentlyon offer. Successful applicants will be supported by a broader team of ClinicalNeuropsychologists within CALHN, where supervision and regular professionaldevelopment are provided.
