As the Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will utilise your specialist clinical knowledge and experience to ensure optimal coordination, clinical management and care provision for individuals commencing a Palliative Care pathway within the South Burnett region of Darling Downs Health. You will utilise your compassionate communication and leadership skills to positively engage, motivate and mentor team members.
