- Apply advanced clinical knowledge and skills in the assessment of rehabilitation patients
- Provide strategic and operational leadership and contribute expert professional advice
- Manage the collection and analysis of high quality health information relating to service delivery and broader rehabilitation service
- Leading the enhancement of service integration and continuously seek to identify opportunities to improve service effectiveness and efficiencies
- Understanding of quality improvement and accreditation processes
- Ensuring supervision, education, training needs and performance appraisal processes are in place to support a well-functioning and skilled multidisciplinary health workforce
- A Bachelor of Nursing
- NMBA Registration
- Driver Licence
- A Masters or higher qualification within a relevant area is highly desirable
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
