About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join the Mental Health Drug & Alcohol team.
This position will join the team to work across all MHDA settings to implement, support and provide expert clinical advice to patients, carers, families and other health professionals.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Infection Control, Staff Health and wellbeing who will bring to the role a forward thinking and positive attitude that will foster clinical excellence, research and professional leadership.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) will work closely with the Senior Management, Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs), and other team leaders to provide expert clinical advice to patients, carers and other healthcare professionals across the all MHDA settings.
As an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) you will have knowledge of systemic care coordination, experience mentoring a multidisciplinary team, provision of clinical supervision, training and delivering seminars and presentations/education activities for other professionals / stakeholders.
