Eligible Applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme
Your opportunity:
- To apply specialised nursing knowledge, and provide advanced practice level Public Health nursing services, to the prevention and control of communicable disease, including immunisation, at a population level in the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service area (covering Fraser Coast, Bundaberg, Childers, Gin Gin, Agnes Water, Miriam Vale, and the North Burnett).
Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable).

Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $164,212 p.a., comprising salary between $132,562 - $143,924 p.a. (f/t) or salary between $66.86 - $72.59 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f., or Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable).
