The Eastern Health Learning and Teaching Directorate seek a senior nurse for the position of Clinical Nurse Educator - Box Hill Emergency to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in providing leadership related to clinical change and development, education and support of learners and staff within the Box Hill Emergency Department.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia registration
- Relevant Post Registration qualification in Emergency Care/Critical Care
- A minimum of three years’ relevant clinical experience
- Recent clinical Emergency Department nursing experience at a senior level (CNS or above)
- Experience and expertise in mentoring and supervising novice clinicians
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with advanced skills in critical thinking, problem solving, organisation and prioritisation
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work both autonomously and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient computer literacy
