The Department of Education is seeking Clinical Nurse to fill a permanent position working in state schools (in Metropolitan South Region). The Clinical Nurse provides nursing support to build the capacity of school staff to safely administer and manage the health needs of students with specialised health needs, enabling their participation in an educational program. The position requires the provision of health assessment, health plan development, relevant training, ongoing supervision and support of school staff.If you have a varied clinical experience, enjoy a challenge and working with children and schools, this is the job for you.
