About the Role: Seeking a Clinical Care Manager to join a reputable 94-bed aged care facility in Kingaroy, QLD. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will lead healthcare services, oversee care plans, manage medication administration, and ensure regulatory compliance. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise healthcare services to deliver exceptional care standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Manage medication administration in line with regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing and care staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and professional development programs.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
- Previous senior management experience in aged care.

- Eligibility for sponsorship under the 482 or 186 visa program (if applicable).
