Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside team as a Clinical Nurse in our Stomal Therapy / Wound Management Team at our state-of-the-art Chermside location. This is a part time position, working 24 hours per week with the opportunity for more back fill hours.What you’ll be doing:As a valued member of the team, you will:Completed Graduate Certificate in Stomal Therapy / Wound Management or, working towards completion of the Graduate CertificateDemonstrate an expert patient-centred consultancy service to a diverse patient population, providing quality care to patients with stomas, wounds & skin integrity issues.Apply advanced Stomal Therapy and Wound Management knowledge and clinical skills to achieve quality and excellence.Work autonomously and as part of the team aligning practice with unit, department and corporate business and strategic goals.Assist with the provision of education for staff to maintain currency and proficiency of clinical knowledge within the Specialty.Collaborate and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams internally and externally to ensure optimal patient outcomes promoting best practice.The position description is available when applying and includes more information on the position.WHY CHOOSE ST VINCENT’S PRIVATE HOSPITAL NORTHSIDE?
