Clinical Nurse Manager role available for an experienced Clinical Nurse looking for their next career progressional opportunity. The current Facility Manager will be providing in-depth training on the job whilst you progress into a Clinical Management role. You mut be a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong aged care experience.

What you need for this role -
- Commutable distance to Perth, Western Australia Full working rights in Australia
- Previous Aged Care experienced at a senior nurse level
- Ability to develop and manage a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Care Plans, medication, and rostering
- A live, active AHPRA Registration
- Full Immunisation History including Coronavirus and Influenza vaccinations
- A Current National Police Check (NPC) within the last 12 months
- Valid CPR, BLS, First Aid
What will you be doing as a Clinical Nurse Manager
- Following care plans including nutritional reports to provide appropriate clinical care to residents in Aged Care facilities
- Document medication, vitals, patients nutrition, health & look and provide proper care
- Working with palliative care residents, providing pain management medication and undertaking educational discussion with family and residents
- Managing and leading a team of clinicians
- Ensurieng smooth operation of the aged care service
- Dealing with admissions into services
- Communicating with all members of the Multi Disciplinary team, Allied Health, GP’s
