About your opportunity:
Fixed Term Temporary part-time / 32 hours per fortnight
The Clinical Nurse (CN) demonstrates expert clinical knowledge and advanced clinical problem-solving skills and is accountable for their own clinical practice.
The Clinical Nurse provides support to develop, facilitate, implement and evaluate care management for patients with complex health needs and to provide expert clinical advice to carers and other health care professionals within the ward clinical specialties.
Medical Ward One provides care for Renal, Respiratory and Gastroenterology specialties.
Medical Ward One also supports NIV and Peritoneal dialysis patients throughout the hospital setting and community after hours.
Generous remuneration package value up to $55,700 p.a. comprising:
- Salary range of $54.44 to $58.30 p.h. (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1)
- Annual leave with relevant leave loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.

Requirements:
- Proof of qualification, registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and possession of a current practising certificate.
- Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
