In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients who are seeking support and treatment for their Mental Health concerns. You will provide compassionate care, administer medications, monitor patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a holistic treatment plan.

Fremantle Hospital, located in the heart of the port city of “Freo”. Known for its cappuccino strip, restaurants and nightlife, beaches and casual lifestyle, Freo is also a world heritage site that just a short ferry ride from Rottnest Island and our world-famous quokka’s.
With increasing demand for our services, The Mental Health Beds Expansion Program is a $15.6 million project to open a second secure Mental Health unit and increase Mental Health beds within SMHS to more than 150. The additional beds reflect Fremantle Hospital’s role as a specialist hub for Mental Health services. Preliminary work on developing the unit is set to commence shortly, with the unit expected to open in 2025.
