We are now seeking a Clinical Nurse - Rehabilitation to join our dynamic team at Mackay Private Hospital, a 34-bed private hospital, with 26 dedicated rehabilitation beds.  The position provides an ideal opportunity to develop your skills with an organisation committed to its staff and the provision of high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.

 Mandatory Qualifications:

      • Registration with Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.

 Required Personal Competences:

      • Awareness and practice of legislation affecting nursing practice and           health care.                                 

      • Strong focus on patient centred, evidence-based nursing care.

      • Demonstrated high standards of professional and ethical practice.

      • Excellent collaboration and consultation skills with individuals, groups, significant others and the multidisciplinary health care team.    

      • Focus on service improvement and ongoing professional development, for delivery of excellent patient care and positive health outcomes.
