We are looking for a caring Clinical Nurse - First 2000 Days Immunisation to join our team. You will coordinate the immunisation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children as part of the First 2000 Days Program.

You will deliver safe clinical practices and immunisation interventions, focusing on the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities during the First 2000 Days of life. You will work collaboratively within a team environment to create a positive practice environment that achieves best practice clinical and health outcomes for our clients. You will work collaboratively across clinical teams, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the care of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
