Position Profile: We are currenlty seeking to appoint a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Community Mental Health.
Provides recovery focused assessment and treatment for Mental Health consumers, including advanced community mental health case management, nursing leadership, professional consultation and advanced clinical practice within an integrated multi-disciplinary community mental health service.
