Clinical Operations Manager

• Permanent Full Time and Fixed Term (12 month) Contracts available
• Locations available: Cottesloe, Ascot, Joondalup, Mosman Park
• Salary Range: $120,749 - $129,010 depending on experience, including Salary Packaging (Up to $18,550) and Leave Loading (17.5%)

Rocky Bay has a proud history in disability services and is seeking motivated Clinical Operations Managers to lead our Clinical team in various locations North of the river to best connect our customers to trained clinicians as we continue this important journey our customers are on.We know you will be a professional clinician with at least three years' experience but for this role we are seeking someone who is the right fit with our team. You need to have a tertiary qualification in AHPRA/SPA or other relevant disciplines.We encourage budding or those with some leadership experience who:

• Can support and guide a team of professionals to achieve common goals.

• Able to understand the business and balance the growth of the business with the management of the team.
