Clinical Operations Manager

• Permanent Full Time and Fixed Term (12 month) Contracts available
• Locations available: Cottesloe, Ascot, Joondalup, Mosman Park
• Salary Range: $120,749 - $129,010 depending on experience, including Salary Packaging (Up to $18,550) and Leave Loading (17.5%)

Rocky Bay has a proud history in disability services and is seeking motivated Clinical Operations Managers to lead our Clinical team in various locations North of the river to best connect our customers to trained clinicians as we continue this important journey our customers are on. 

We know you will be a professional clinician with at least three years’ experience but for this role we are seeking someone who is the right fit with our team. You need to have a tertiary qualification in AHPRA/SPA or other relevant disciplines.

• Can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders well.

Although we appreciate you are a great performer as a manager, we want you to feel supported to achieve and be successful in the Clinical Operations Manager position so you will receive guidance and mentoring in the role from the Regional Manager.
