The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District Mental Health Eating Disorders Team is based in the beautiful coastal Illawarra Region. The team uses a combination of face to face and cutting edge virtual technologies to provide CBT-E treatment and monitoring of the mental and physical health for eligible consumers. Current full registration with AHPRA.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of disordered eating, body image and related social and cultural issues associated with the development of Eating Disorders.
  • Demonstrated skills in psychological interventions and knowledge of intervention approaches used in the treatment of Eating Disorders.
  • Demonstrated skills in clinical decision making, multi-disciplinary case management and team work.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate service plans.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, interpersonal, verbal and written and the ability to work individually and in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Current unrestricted NSW Class C driver's licence.
