This role is an Australian based fully work from home position.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance measures for the clinic, in collaboration with Montu’s quality team.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for quality improvement.
- Monitor interactions across various channels to ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
- Support client satisfaction and customer experience feedback, surveys and data collection and evaluation processes.
- Provide real time feedback to team members and their leaders.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to establish and maintain quality benchmarks.
- Work closely with team leaders to understand the performance and quality of offerings of the clinic.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of risks associated with telehealth services.
- Implement strategies to mitigate and manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Subject matter expert for risk related escalations related to clinic service delivery.
- Assisting with clinic legal matters and third party information requests.
- Collaborate with Montu Compliance team to identify audit practices and implement new risk mitigation measures.
- Assist in the implementation of cyclical audits across all service streams and follow up with teams on recommendations/issues.
- Ensure completion of all necessary documentation for quality accreditation and registration.
- Analyze feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and training within the team.
About You
Skills:
- Completion of or studying towards qualifications in business administration or a related discipline.
- Experience with system/database administration and the ability to analyse and make improvements to systems.
- Expertise in managing risks and complaints in a healthcare setting
- High-level oral and written communication, interpersonal and consultation skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to effectively self-manage the day-to-day workflow of the position.
- Ability to provide advice at all service levels in relation to Clinical Quality and Risk governance.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions.
