About the role
This position holds seniority within the Clinical Governance Department, with its main focus being on leadership and coordination of Clinical Risk management and associated quality improvement systems.
Reporting to the Quality and Risk Coordinator.
Essential experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the principles of clinical incident management, use of clinical incident management systems including investigation methodology and open disclosure.
- Developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in change management.
- Highly developed skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Remuneration: Senior Registered Nurse - Level 3
Hours: 67.5 hrs per fortnight (9-day fortnight)
