With a well-established territory, you will enjoy maintaining and fostering relationships with stakeholders, as well as promoting and demonstrating to Dentists premium market leading brands within the dental industry, predominantly in the fields of Endodontic and Restorative dentistry.

THE ROLE


Reporting to a Sales Manager based in Brisbane, you will:

  • Take ownership in driving a portfolio of dental equipment products across a defined territory 
  • Manage existing accounts as well as identify new opportunities with regular customer visits to increase sales 
  • Devise sales strategies and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Genuinely partner with Dental Practitioners to provide exceptional customer service and a solution selling approach
  • Attend conferences, dental training forums and trade shows as required
  • Assist with ongoing training for Dental Practitioners, working with individual accounts and corporate accounts to create mutually beneficial outcomes

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in territory / account management / business development
  • Experience selling Clinical / Dental Consumables, ideally with a premium brand
  • Dental experience preferred and be looking for a long term career.
  • Ability to autonomously run your own sales call cycle and manage your territory 
  • Drive to continually push to grow revenue across your portfolio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities plus the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suites/ CRM reporting will be highly regarded
  • Qualifications in sales/marketing/ sciences/business management viewed favorably
