Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Transformation Specialist (Head of Sales) to join our Queensland team at our vibrant Brisbane Clinic. You'll collaborate closely with our Hair Growth Advisor (Assistant Head of Sales) to manage leads, nurture client relationships, smash sales KPIs, and, most importantly, become a proud 'OneGro ambassador.' Your mission? To authentically assist clients in meeting their needs, no matter the treatment.

The Role

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen connections with our valued clients.
  • Coach and Mentor: Guide and inspire sales assistants to achieve their best.
  • Set and Achieve KPIs: Define and meet targets for sales assistants.
  • Proactive Reporting: Keep track of targets, KPIs, and financial forecasts.
  • Innovate Processes: Identify and implement improvements in sales, marketing, tech, and delivery processes.
  • Boost Clinic Occupancy: Assist other clinics to reach maximum occupancy targets.
  • Maximise Retention: Use a solution-based approach to enhance customer retention.
  • Optimise Conversion Rates: Increase client conversion from lead to consultation, and from consultation to treatment.
  • Encourage Reviews: Actively solicit and promote client reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and Google.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently hit quarterly (or monthly) sales goals.
