As our Clinical Services Manager, you will:
- Be the clinical lead in our Management Team, managing and overseeing a high standard of care provided by Belong at Home
- Use your clinical experience, customer service and aged care management skills to make a mark on the community. In doing so, you’ll help keep aging Australians safe at home. Crucially, your contribution will help to maintain our leadership in quality homecare.
- Work in collaboration with our (clinical) CEO and Operations Manager to develop and shape our service offerings. Critically, you’ll ensure our services continue to be of the highest standards
- Influence and partner with our schedulers, clinical team and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and industry standards.
- Proactively engage in continuous improvement across practice and service delivery.
We are looking for someone with:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Experience in aged care (essential), with knowledge of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Aged Care Quality Standards (desired)
- Knowledge of and commitment to Clinical Governance (essential)
- Frontline management skills (essential)
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) (essential or ability to attain)
- The right to work in Australia (essential)
- A current drivers licence (essential)
- National Police Clearance (essential or ability to attain)
- COVID Currency and annual Flu vaccinations
