AHP Healthcare are thrilled to announce we have partnered with a new and innovative clinic based in Wollongong. On offer is an extremely lucrative salaried role (contracting roles available too).This company is licensed to treat clients with a Mental Health Care Plan, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, National Disability Insurance Scheme, as well as clients who need private sessions, couples counselling, family intervention, workshops, corporate services, and AHPRA Board Approved Supervision for clinical and general registrar programs. In their practice, it is always about the client and the focus is upon ensuring that any treatment is customised to suit the client in a collaborative and empathetic-centred approach. They aim to promote functional, psychological, and social independence for the client within all aspects of their life.

About you
- Current AHPRA registration as Clinical/General Psychologist
- Experience delivering psychological services
- Are eligible to provide services under Medicare
- Assessment experience will be highly regarded but not mandatory
- Strong report writing skills to provide written and/or verbal psychological reports on interventions and assessments as required
- Board-approved supervisor will be highly regarded but not mandatory
- Experience delivering couple's counselling will be highly regarded but not mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and team collaboration
- Willingness to receive and act upon constructive feedback
- A strong service orientation to ensure quality outcomes for all stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
