Position:Cloud Solution Specialist – Cyber Protection
Location: Adelaide City office
Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Solution Specialist to manage our cybersecurity key vendors. As a Subject Matter Expert on Cyber Protection, essential 8, and data continuity, you will engage with our MSPs and Reseller partners, providing your expertise and collaborating with colleagues to craft solutions, deliver initial product setup, perform troubleshooting, and ensure complete satisfaction of our MSPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of understanding across key Cyber Protection vendors and Microsoft CSP.
- Conduct 50+ warm calls per day to key resellers.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, excellent communication, customer focus, and the ability to prioritize and switch between various time-sensitive issues.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all extended teams.
- Track and monitor new vendor incentive programs.
- Maintain relevant sales certifications.
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Hunter mindset with a drive to overachieve targets.
- Mandatory English proficiency.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex customer relationships.
