Troocoo have been engaged to source an experienced Support Engineer to join a professional cloud team for our State Government client. You will be involved in supporting cloud solutions within a complex, enterprise environment.
Experience and Essential Skills
- Hands on experience delivering cloud infrastructure solutions and supporting Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Knowledge and experience supporting and managing cloud networking (VNET, VPC, Express Route, Direct connect, VPN & etc)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and cloud Identity knowledge & experience (Entra ID, AWS IAM, federated authentication)
- Good knowledge of scripting and automation (Power Shell, python, C# etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud monitoring and related tools.
- Experience and knowledge of ITIL processors.
- Knowledge and experience in cloud security.

You will be a team player who is customer orientated and able to quickly understand and adhere to organisational policy, procedures and security requirements for supporting and maintaining could solutions.
Ideally you will have previous experience in maintaining, managing, and providing support to customers resolve cloud related technical issues. You will also have a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to take directions and to also work independently.
