We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly customer people- people to join our Executive Lounge team as Executive Club Lounge Attendant with opportunities available both casual and part time.

Your day to day

As part of our Executive Club Lounge team no day is ever the same. Whether is breakfast service overlooking the sunrise on Sydney Harbour, to evening drink service and canapes, you will be ensuring all aspects of our Executive Lounge operations are delivered perfectly to deliver a world class service and a unique VIP Luxury guest experience to your guests. 

You have the opportunity to work in our beautiful new venue which modern, luxurious and current; a executive lounge venue that follows market trends, hosts exciting activations and incredible events.

Our team are closely knit, we work hard, have fun & absolutely love creating memorable luxury experiences for our guests. 

What we need from you

  • 1-2 years of food and beverage experience 
  • Experience working in a 4- or 5-star restaurant or hotel is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a vibrant nature and ability to provide exceptional customer service to our guests 
  • Passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experiences
  • Amazing communication & interpersonal skills - you are a people’s person
  • Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards - we are a Luxury hotel experience 
  • You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
  • Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required
